SHIPPING & RETURNS
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the US, UK and AUS. Unfortunately, we are not currently offering direct shipments to hell.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by delivery location and displayed at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@psychobathic.Com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
My order tracking has been stalled. WTF?
During these unprecedented times, shipping providers are seeing higher than normal volumes and unfortunately deliveries are taking longer than usual. Typically our customers receive their order within a week of ordering.

What is reiki?
Quantum physics confirms that we are energy. Reiki is the spiritual healing art of transferring that energy.
What does it mean to be “reiki charged”?
Energy is transferred through the palms of our practitioner to a person or object, charging objects with nourishing, protective and positive energy. This art promotes relaxation and reduces stress. We want the best energies to flow freely within you.
Do your products contain fragrance?
Our bath products are complimented with natural fragrances, but we are more than happy to provide you with a 100% fragrance free product upon request.
Are your ingredients harmful?
No - we are proud of our natural products; therefore we are honest and clear about our ethically sourced ingredients, methods, and choices. You will find a list of the ingredients used below each product.
I have sensitive skin. What products can I use?
We recommend our milk bath or soaking salts, and all loungewear for those with sensitive skin.
Will any of your bath products stain my skin?
Maybe kinda sorta the opposite – our bath products have exfoliating and nourishing properties that WILL LIFT SELF TANNER. Test on a small area of skin before use.
Will any of your bath products stain or harm my tub/shower?
Most bath products will not stain bathtubs or showers. Some of our products, however, are complemented with a biodegradable, essential oil-infused botanicals. It is best to discard petals and rinse tub/shower immediately after use.
Are your products tested on animals?
Fucking fuck no. Animal testing is cruel and unnecessary.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are handmade in and distributed from Pittsburgh, PA.
Do you wholesale your products?
Yes, we wholesale our products. Wholesale accounts for our products are available for boutiques, spas, and other establishments that hold a valid business license. To learn more about wholesale, please email info@psychobathic.com.
